Kris Watrich (Weight loss) When I first started training with Keith I was a little lost in my personal fitness. I have in the past always had time and resources to exercise on a regular basis. However, after 3 years at a travel intensive job, I found myself tired and roughly 30 pounds over my comfortable weight. Changing my diet and lifestyle was my first step, which I was initially successful with, however I quickly plateaued after some early encouraging results. It was at this point that I realized that I needed help if I was going to achieve the level of fitness that I wanted. Keith evaluated my goals and we came up with a realistic yet still challenging program and modified my goals accordingly. After starting with Keith I noticed an immediate change in my energy level. I was introduced to exercises I found challenging and enjoyable. There was intensive one on one training as well as “homework” for the remainder of the week. The shock of a rapidly changing exercise routine benefited my overall fitness. We focused not simply on lifting weights and upper body strength as I, and most men, have done in the past, but on core strength and full body exercises. A program of this nature focused on overall fitness and I quickly lost another 10 pounds in 10 weeks. So, after 12 weeks working with Keith I am pleased to say I have a new set of problems: none of my pants fit as they are all too large, and I have lost enough weight that I do not look like the person on my drivers license. |

Lana Finley (Strength Building) Before I started with Keith I already thought I was in pretty good shape but I needed to increase my strength for my upcoming season. At the beginning of our sessions, Keith put me through some of the toughest workouts I’ve even done. I ended up not being able to move the day after the first few sessions. Once we got into a rhythm with the morning training sessions, my body adapted and I turned into an early bird instead of a night owl because of all the extra energy I had. I began losing the unwanted pounds and then was at a plateau for a while until I increased in weight again, but it was my muscles becoming stronger. Friends had acknowledged the difference as they see I am much more toned then what I previously was. I signed up for more sessions and was able to do a substantial amount more reps per set of exercises. I am very happy with my results and I found that it helped me through my fitness and strength testing in my training camp with my team. Thanks to the Bodyfit team and thank you Keith for pushing me when I couldn’t push myself even though sometimes I wanted to hurt you |
